Pink Slime
Did you guys know that "pink slime" was in ground beef? I had no idea. In fact, I just learned this today. While McDonald's says they will no longer be using it, I'm wondering who will continue using it. No more hamburgers for me until I find some local source and I know what's in it. Yuk.

Yep, just another reason my freezer is full of our own beef. At least we know what we're gettin'!!!
