America's Nutrition sent me two Pilates rings—one for me and one to giveaway. Pilates rings are great resistance training tools. The one I'm giving away comes with a workout chart. I love these things. If you would like a chance to win this terrific prize here's how you can get three entries:
1. Become a follower of this blog and leave a comment that you did.
2. Go to America's Nutrition's site look around for at least five minutes and then come back and leave a comment about what you thought.

I love their website... It's so fresh looking with the blue sky and the grass! Plus, it's easy to navigate around and I just typed in pilates in the search and up popped the ring.
This looks super cool and I'd love to have one! I've been scrimping and saving to be able to afford my gym membership so I can't afford anything extra right now so this would be phenomenal to own!

This ring would be awesome to have i have wanted to try pilates for a long time i just never had the chance or the money for extra's. As it is i got a hand-me-down eliptical that barely works!

Kathy, I don't know how you found the American Nutrition site, but it was a great find. I think it was very easy to get around, fast and well-organized. The prices seem reasonable too. I was amazed at their supplement inventory, which is very extensive. I'll definitely revisit it. However, like all of us, it could use a little improving (just a little). Their descriptions are amazing, and even inspirational, but they need to include more specifics. For instance, I would love to get that portable mini-trampoline, but they didn't list maximum weight allowances, so I don't know if I could use it (some limit to 250 lbs, and I'm waaay over that). I know I could use their chat feature, but it would just be nicer to see that sort of thing listed for the customer's convenience.
Why would I like to win the prize? I haven't the money, or even proper workout clothes, to join a gym, so I think the Pilates ring would be a great way for me to incorporate much-needed exercise into my life. It isn't going to take up valuable space either - always a plus! I understand Pilates help build strength and balance and develop one's core muscles - and I need help in ALL those areas - so the Pilates ring would be very much appreciated and USED. (That is the important thing, for whoever wins it, right?)

Wow, their site looks like they have all the health supplements, gear and more you could ever want. I saw they cutest chair to put your excersize ball in. Now that was genius.
I want to win it because I am a diabetic and I am struggling to keep my numbers down. I am under dr. orders to get more excersize without overdoing it. This would be perfect.
