Walking on Accordion Legs
I worked out this morning. My ear still has some pressure in it, but I feel better.
So I get back to work today and there's a crisis around every corner. Why does everyone work by the seat of their pants? I know I'm guilty of it too, but can't we be prepared at least some times. Oh well, a meeting at lunchtime, probably another one that will last all afternoon, it just goes on.
I have lost 15 pounds, and that's a good thing, right? And this weight loss is really helping me be able to walk around again. For a while, it was getting difficult. I felt like my legs were being driven into my ankles. And then I would be walking around on accordion legs. Pretty picture, huh?
Well, I have a lot to do. So I’ll go for now. But I’ll be back soon.

The 15# weight loss is great....
you can do it I know you can!
slower weight loss is good that way you know its fat not muscle.
remember you did not gain it over night.you get sick and sometimes can't work out and sometimes you slip on your "healthy eating" (I don't say diet) but thats life! you just get back on track.
Your accordian legs have created a cute visual for me. It definately brought a smile to my face. Congrats on the 15 pounds! Keep going strong!
Congratulations on the fifteen pounds gone! I hope the ear is feeling better. It sounds like you're doing really well with your exercise, too.
